
DICKINSON, Texas (KTRK) -- A man has been arrested after police say he allegedly opened fire during a birthday party that left at least seven people injured in March, according to the Dickison Police Department.
The Dickison Police Department said 58-year-old Patrick Federick was taken into custody on Wednesday.

According to officials, around midnight at JT's Lounge on Avenue F and 24th Street, there was an altercation that led to shots being fired in the area.
At least five to seven people were found by officers who responded to the scene. Police said all the victims were taken to different hospitals for treatment.
At the time, officials said there was no one in custody, and it was unclear what led to the alleged altercation.
Federick has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and unlawful carrying of a firearm by a convicted felon.
One charge carries a bond of $750,000, and the other $250,000, bringing his total bond to $1 million, according to Dickinson police.
