Special prosecutor outlines indictment against Perry

AUSTIN, TX (KTRK) -- Perry Texas Gov. Rick Perry was indicted Friday for abuse of power.

Special prosecutor Michael McCrum oversaw the presentation to the grand jury, who has been meeting on and off this summer and returned the indictment Friday afternoon. In this video, he outlines the indictment against the Texas governor.
