
HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- The Houston Police Department said one person died after a car accident in southeast Houston.
Police said they responded to Cullen Boulevard near Almeda Genoa Road just before 4 a.m. on Saturday and found a Ford F-350 and a Toyota Camry had been involved in an accident.
Investigators said the F-350 was speeding when it collided with the Camry at the intersection.
HPD said the driver of the F-350 ran away from the scene, and the driver of the Camry was pronounced dead at the scene.
Video from the scene shows a pickup truck on top of another vehicle.
Investigators said they are looking for the driver of the F-350. They did not give a description of the person who died.
