METRO proposing plan with two-way HOV's and more

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- METRO has a new transportation plan that includes a light-rail extension.

The plan also includes bus rapid transit, park and ride, and HOV lanes with two-way, all day service.

There will be sixteen public meetings over the coming weeks to discuss the changes with the public.
