Man arrested, accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting Spring ISD student, records show

SPRING, Texas (KTRK) -- A Spring man has been arrested, accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 15-year-old who said she was leaving school when he picked her up, according to court records.

Records show the teenager told police he even carried her into his home so she couldn't get away.

Records show Johnny Ray Green has multiple previous convictions and has now been charged with aggravated kidnapping and sexual assault.

According to court documents, the teenager told police he "did very bad things that hurt so bad."

She reported it to the police on Sep. 3 at Dekaney High School in Spring ISD.

Court documents show the 15-year-old said she smoked marijuana at school, then walked out.

She told police Green approached her in his truck while she was walking.

According to court records, "The complainant stated the defendant seemed like a genuine man and told the complainant he would take her to the police station."

She said she got into his truck and said he first searched her for recording devices and then forced her into his house, about five miles away.

Court documents show she described being violently raped in his home, with Green allegedly locking the door, holding her hands down, and even putting a cloth over her mouth.

She told police, "Everything started to happen that I didn't want to happen."

She told police he later dropped her off at a Wendy's Restaurant and gave her ten dollars to get something to eat.

She said she walked back to school and called the police.

Police said surveillance video shows Green picking up the teenager and dropping her off.

Officials said she has received medical attention.

Green has been denied bond for now under a new Texas law that just went into effect.
