Police searching for person following car crash SE Houston Thursday, HPD says

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- An investigation is underway after an early morning crash in southeast Houston, according to police.

Officials said the accident happened on Beamer Road at FM 2351 just after 6 a.m.

SkyEye13 flew over the scene and spotted a gray car with the front of it heavily damaged with several emergency vehicles surrounding it.

It is unclear what caused the crash or whether there are any injuries, but it has been reported that officers are searching for someone in the area.

Police did not say why they are looking for the person or how they are involved in the matter.
