How did this couch end up in the middle of a tree on the Upper West Side?

MANHATTAN, New York -- A couch somehow ended up 20-25 feet in the air - right in the middle of a tree in Manhattan.

It happened on West 95th Street near Amsterdam Avenue on the Upper West Side.

People living in the area say the furniture has been up in the tree for days with no explanation.
