FRIENDSWOOD, Texas (KTRK) -- A Friendswood man was arrested after allegedly exposing himself to a child at a park two days before Christmas, said the Friendswood Police Department.

Officers said they responded to a call about a man who allegedly exposed himself to a child at Stevenson Park on Tuesday, Dec. 23, at around 2:04 p.m.

When officers arrived on the scene, they identified the man as 54-year-old Richard Moore using video footage, according to officials.

FPD said officers arrested Moore for failure to stop at a designated stopping point on Dec. 24, and he was taken to Friendswood City Jail.

There, the police department said Galveston County filed a third-degree felony warrant for indecency with a child by exposure against Moore.
