Former Rocket arrested for DWI

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Former Houston Rocket Steve 'The Franchise' Francis was arrested for DWI in Houston.

The 39-year-old played with the Houston Rockets in 1999-2004 and 2007-2008 and averaged 19.3 points, 6.4 assists, 6.1 rebounds, and 1.63 steals in 374 games.

The son of NBA royalty says he was held at gunpoint and robbed outside a popular after-hours club. Now he's in hiding.

He was an All-Star in 2002, 2003 and 2004.
