Investigation underway into drowning death of child in Richmond pool, deputies say

RICHMOND, Texas (KTRK) -- A child is dead after drowning in a pool in Richmond on Saturday, according to Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office deputies.

The drowning happened at 1419 Foolish Pleasure Court.

Deputies say the child was found unresponsive at a residential pool party and was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
