Yale Street closed between West 6th and 7th Streets in the Heights for CenterPoint work, crews say

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- All northbound and southbound lanes of Yale Street will close between Sixth and Seventh Streets on Saturday at 10 a.m., CenterPoint announced.

CenterPoint said crews have been working in the Heights area to install new poles and equipment.

SkyEye13 saw crews working at a substation along Yale on Friday morning

According to CenterPoint, Yale will reopen at noon today; however, one northbound lane will remain closed until 4 p.m.
