Body camera footage shows Missouri City police rescue young boy from water

MISSOURI CITY, Texas (KTRK) -- Body camera footage released by the Missouri City Police Department shows the moment a little boy was rescued from a body of water.

Missouri City police said they were called for a welfare check on a young boy on August 7 near West Creek Club Drive and Glenn Lakes Lane.

Upon arrival, officers said they found the boy in the water and jumped in to help.
