San Antonio is the +250 favorite to win the 2027 NBA championship, followed closely by the Oklahoma City Thunder at +260. The Boston Celtics come in next at +550 before the Knicks crack the list at +650.

There's a large gap on the odds board before the Indiana Pacers and Denver Nuggets check in at 28-1, with a crowded group at 30-1 composed of the Cleveland Cavaliers, Detroit Pistons, Los Angeles Lakers and Minnesota Timberwolves. The Miami Heat (40-1) and Golden State Warriors (45-1) round out the teams shorter than 50-1.

The Sacramento Kings have the longest odds to win next season's championship at 1,000-1.
