

SEGUIN, Texas (KTRK) -- An investigation is underway after a woman says that she had been kidnapped and sexually assaulted by two Katy-area residents on Wednesday, according to the Seguin Police Department.
According to Seguin PD, officers responded to a welfare concern involving a 26-year-old woman yelling for help in the 1600 block of the State Highway 123 Bypass at 12:47 a.m. on Wednesday. Upon arrival, police say they found the woman at a nearby residence.
Police say officers found the two suspects, who were identified as 26-year-old Brian Smith and 25-year-old Haiyan Lee. Both suspects were charged with aggravated sexual assault and trafficking of a person, authorities said. Both were also booked into the Guadalupe County Jail and held on a $1 million bond for each charge, according to police.
