HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- An 18-wheeler's shifting load of pipes prompted the closure of all westbound lanes of the Katy Freeway at the West Loop on Wednesday afternoon.

SkyEye13 was above the scene, showing the 18-wheeler stalled on the right shoulder of the freeway.

At this time, authorities are urging drivers to avoid the area and seek alternate routes.
