HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A crash involving multiple big rigs is causing delays after it shut down a portion of the North Loop on Wednesday morning.
Houston Police Department officials said no one was injured in the wreck, which was first reported to them just after 2 a.m.
Police said the I-610 North Loop eastbound lanes at McCarty Street will be closed for a few hours due to an 18-wheeler jack-knife crash.
An ABC13 crew at the scene spotted a tanker truck and an overturned FedEx truck that appeared to be involved.
Drivers should expect delays as crews work to clean up the crash, and can take US-90 as an alternate route.
