Heat-seeking camera helps police catch candy thieves in Canada.

ONTARIO, Canada (KTRK) -- Thieves thought they had a sweet deal robbing a candy store in Canada but their attempt was foiled by some high-tech police work.

Officers used a heat-seeking infrared camera on a helicopter to catch the three suspects who were 15 and 16 years old.

The teens were spotted in dark clothing breaking into the store and leaving with candy.

In the video, you can hear the police in the helicopter directing the officers on the ground to the location of the suspects.

The teens were arrested, but were said to be sorry for their attempted candy caper.
