Prosecutors say Kiara Taylor went into Reginelli's Pizza around closing time. Taylor pulled out a gun and ordered Mielke to open the register, but the 19-year-old employee could not open the cash drawer.
That's when Taylor allegedly shot Mielke several times then left. Prosecutors say Taylor then walked back inside the restaurant and shot Mielke several more times.
Taylor allegedly told his sister he would not have shot Mielke if Mielke had opened the register.
