Pet killed, 2 brothers injured in house fire in southwest Houston

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Two brothers were injured in a house fire Monday afternoon in southwest Houston.

Firefighters were called to the 7100 block of Sharpcrest near Fondren Road.

The brothers told ABC13 that their pet was killed in the fire. They were treated for minor injuries.

No other details have been released.
