HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Several people are shaken up after their cars were shot up by pellets while driving through their northeast Houston neighborhood.
Victims say the same thing happened to them weeks apart in the same area off Homestead and Tidwell. Police say a group of teenagers could be shooting at cars possibly with a pellet gun.
Just Wednesday night, it happened to Rodney Price. His windshield now dons three markings from what he says sounded like a pellet gun going off.
Another woman who lives nearby she says one of those pellets just missed her car recently too.
Price also says when he turned his car around to find the group, he saw adults yelling, telling the teenagers to run off into a nearby apartment complex.
"We were completely startled because we were driving northbound and we see kids running and there was a median. So, as I slow down a little bit, then they fired on us and I was like wow," Price said.
Also, Wednesday night there was an incident with a METRO bus in the same area. METRO says a group of teenagers was throwing rocks at one of their buses and damaged a side window. Nobody was hurt.
