Woman hit by car in front of Montgomery County Courthouse

CONROE, TX -- An auto pedestrian crash in front of the Montgomery County Courthouse on Tuesday morning left a woman at Conroe Regional Medical Center with unknown injuries.

Law enforcement officials said the woman was conscious when transported to the hospital by an emergency unit, but she appeared to be in shock.

The crash occurred about 8:15 a.m., when a Ford Contour with two occupants traveled on W. Davis Street. The woman, who was not immediately identified by law enforcement officials, crossed at the intersection of North Thompson and West Davis when she was hit.
