HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Three men terrorized the employees of a northwest Houston pizza restaurant during a violent robbery.
The robbery happened last Thursday at Daddy O's Pizza on Antoine near the Northwest Freeway.
Surveillance video captured the attack in which the assailants, who were armed, struck the employees with a chair. The video also shows a woman and man fighting back against the robbers, hitting the suspects with a chair.
The owners say the next time somebody tries to rob them, they will have guns of their own and they won't be afraid to use them.
According to the owner's daughter, three young men in hoodies came in pretending to be customers.
"They placed an order and once they went inside to make the order, the three of them jumped the counter and came back and put a gun to his head," she said.
She says they took all the money from the register and broke the owner's shoulder.
"My dad got hit in the face with a gun. My aunt was punched right and left by two guys," she added. "They pulled her hair out of her head. She was bleeding from the top of her head."
The family says police told them a woman nearby called 9-1-1 to report three young men undressing in her backyard. Her aunt's keys were also found there.
Family members tell Eyewitness News that they believe this is the same crew that robbed them in November 2015. They hope recently installed security cameras will help authorities locate the suspects.
Daddy O's Pizza will remain closed until further notice.
