HOUSTON -- An on-campus dorm at the University of Houston flooded Sunday after a fire alarm and sprinkler system were triggered.
The flooding affected floors 13 through 16, but crews worked to drain the water, according to university reports.
"Students are being given the options to move to a temporary room for tonight because of fan noise. Only 4 have signed up so far," said UH media relations director Mike Rosen.
A student snapped a photo as was water seeping into the hallways.
University officials said all floors reopened Sunday night.
