Two persons of interest sought in fatal shooting in Pasadena

PASADENA, TX (KTRK) -- One person has died after a shooting in Pasadena and now investigators are hoping to find two men who may be able to shed light on his murder.

The man in his early 20s was shot multiple times overnight at the Villas at Shaver Apartments on Shaver Street near Spencer Highway.

Police say the victim and two other men were inside a neighboring apartment when three other men came inside. It is not clear whether they were invited or forced their way in.

Officers found the man dead on the third floor landing just outside an apartment.

One person has been detained by police. Two others fled the scene and Pasadena police are now trying to locate them.
