Police: One dead, one injured in southeast Houston

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Houston police say they're investigating a fatal shooting in southeast Houston.

The shooting happened in the 5300 block of Selinsky Friday night just after 10:30pm. Police say a silver or gray four-door car, possibly a Chrysler 300, drove up to a group of people and shot into the group, killing one person and injuring another.

The person who was shot is at Ben Taub Hospital. That person's condition is unknown at this time.
