Photos show a bear that snuck into a North Jersey home.
Bunny Bateman says, the critter was about 3-feet tall and more than 100 pounds.
The bear broke a Denville basement window Monday, and squeezed into the room.
It left through the garage door, but stayed in the neighborhood.
Since the bear already broke into a home, police took extra steps to get the bear to hear out, hoping a little gunfire would get it moving.
And indeed, one shot was enough to send it fleeing back into the woods.
Wildlife officials tracked it, and say the bear will be just fine.
