New face added to Texas' most wanted fugitives

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The Texas Department of Safety is offering a $10,000 reward for information regarding a Texas Most Wanted fugitive.

Authorities are seeking information leading to the arrest of Kenneth Latham, 47, of Texarkana. Latham is wanted for simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession of a controlled substance and parole violation.

Latham's lengthy criminal record includes assault, unlawful carrying of a weapon and possession of a controlled substance.

Police said Latham's last known address was in Texarkana, Texas, and that Latham has ties to Miller County, Arkansas. Latham has been known to work as an electrician and in home maintenance jobs.

Latham is 5'10" and weighs 160 pounds. He has multiple tattoos, including the word, "Skidrow" on his abdomen and "Rhonda" tattooed on his chest.

Officials with Texas Crime Stoppers are urging anyone with information on Latham's whereabouts to call the Crime Stoppers hotline: 1-800-252-TIPS, or text "DPS" followed by your tip to 274637. Tips may also be submitted via the Crime Stoppers website and Facebook page. All calls and messages are kept anonymous.

Officials urge not to approach Latham if you see him. He is said to be armed and dangerous.
