Man charged with murder in Rosenberg shooting

ROSENBERG, TX (KTRK) -- A 35-year-old man is charged with first-degree murder after police say they found a Rosenberg man dead of multiple gunshot wounds last night.

Joshua Nelson, 35, of East Bernard, is in the Fort Bend County Jail held on a $50,000 bond.

Police arrested Nelson after they found the body of 38-year-old Victor Navarro last night at 10:46pm in the 900 block of Seabourne Meadows Drive.

In an initial report, Rosenberg police said an argument allegedly prompted the shooting began between two neighbors.
