Legal analyst: 'Affluenza' teen may face only 10 years in prison
Ethan Couch may only face 10 years if a judge finds he violated his probation, a sentence his victims' family says is not enough.

Civil rights attorney and commentator Ariva Martin says Ethan Couch may only serve 10 years behind bars if he is found guilty of violating his probation. "For the victims' families, they say that's not enough time," Martin says.

Prosecutors say they wanted at least 20 years in jail, but after a new video purports to show Couch playing beer pong, he may only serve a decade.
