Inmate escapes from Liberty County Jail

DAYTON, TX (KTRK) -- Police are looking for in inmate who escaped from the Liberty County Jail today.

They're looking for Phillip Henry Freeman, 38, who had recently been convicted of burglary of a habitation. He was last seen at around 11am.

He was last seen wearing a brown-colored jail jumpsuit similar to nursing scrubs.
