HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- A fight inside a Houston restaurant resulted in an outright brawl Tuesday night.

The incident happened inside the Bayou City Wings, located off Fuqua Street and the Gulf Freeway, around 10:45 p.m.

Cell phone video surfaced Wednesday morning of the incident which showed customers punching, shoving, and even throwing chairs at each other.

Bayou City Wings management shared their surveillance video with ABC13.

They said they are disappointed in the incident. They also added the patrons are never welcomed back at their establishment.

Director of Operations Max Thweatt said there appears to be no injuries as a result of the fight. He said they are working with law enforcement to help identify those people responsible.

"It's an unfortunate incident. It's a family restaurant. We try to offer a safe environment for our guests and our employees who come in here," said Thweatt. "Every now and then, you have people who want to come in here and kind of ruin the night for everybody else."

In the surveillance video, you can see two men having a conversation. One man appears to touch the other before a punch is thrown. The mayhem only escalated from there.

"We're going to do our part to make sure something like that doesn't happen again," said Thweatt. "It just looks rough when someone is picking up chairs and throwing them. I have never seen that before. I have never seen that in our establishment before. Luckily, no one was injured. Everybody that was in here was not harmed. We're really grateful for that."

Eyewitness News also spoke with the CEO of Bayou City Wings Charles Bryan. He said they work tirelessly to make sure guests and employees enjoy a friendly environment.

"We've done a lot of promoting to get families into our restaurants," said Bryan. "It's now our responsibility to ensure this type of incident doesn't occur again."

ABC13 also reached out to the complainant in the case. Our phone calls and text message have not been returned.

No charges have been filed.
