HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- A teen girl was charged with the murder of a man at an apartment complex in northeast Harris County, according to Sheriff Ed Gonzalez.

Deputies say 17-year-old Jazlyn Easter was charged in the shooting death of 20-year-old Marcus Harris.

According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to the shooting in the 14800 block of Woodland Hills Drive. Upon arrival, deputies say they found Harris unresponsive from a gunshot wound, and he was later pronounced dead on the scene.

Detectives learned that Easter and Harris were in a dating relationship, and the shooting allegedly stemmed from an argument over infidelity, HCSO said.
