Boy, 17, struck by vehicle in Spring in critical condition

SPRING, TX (KTRK) -- A 17-year-old man has been hospitalized after he was injured in an auto-pedestrian accident in Spring.

The man was hit by an unknown vehicle around 10pm on Treaschwig Road near Eagle Crossing. Investigators say the driver of that vehicle then fled the scene.

Life Flight responded, taking the victim to Memorial Hermann Hospital in critical condition.

Deputies are investigating the accident.
