Authorities need help finding missing elderly man

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Authorities are asking for the public's help in finding a missing 82-year-old man who apparently suffers from memory loss.

Bivins Hicks Jr. "Toby" Williams was last seen in the 13800 block of Balmore Circle in northwest Harris County around 10:30am on Tuesday. He was driving a white 2007 Toyota 4Runner with Texas License Plate 272TGC.

Williams is described as white male with blue eyes and white hair. He is 5'09" tall and weighs approximately 140 lbs.

He was last seen wearing a green shirt and khaki pants at the time of his disappearance.
