"Mommy blogger" accused of injecting daughter with urine

A "mommy blogger" in Australia is accused of putting urine in her daughter's I-V drip and feeding her laxatives.

The girl was born with a genetic illness which often requires her to come into contact with doctors. Through her mother, the child became a poster child for several charities.

According to the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, police allegedly found syringes, urine samples and laxatives in the mother's handbag.

Investigators believe the abuse may have started in 2008.
