A man and woman were injured Tuesday when part of an awning on an outdoor Aramark vendor's booth at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo collapsed and hit them.
It happened at the Joel's Ale House booth.
According to Rodeo Houston, both people were transported to an area hospital, and their conditions are unknown at this time. Aramark officials are investigating the cause of the awning collapse.
Rodeo Houston released a statement saying, "Our thoughts and prayers are with these patrons, and the Show will continue to monitor the investigation into the awning collapse to ensure that our visitors remain safe and secure. "
