Yard work plans this weekend? Get free mulch in Galveston

GALVESTON, Texas (KTRK) -- If you're getting the yard ready for the warm weather, the city of Galveston is lending a helping hand.

The city is offering free mulch on Saturday for residents.

The mulch can be picked up at the recycling center on 61st Street, which is located across from Target.

A proof of residency is required.
