Katy ISD police officer crowned Mrs.Texas in pageant

KATY, Texas -- The Katy ISD Police Department is congratulating one of its own for winning a pageant.

Officer Shannon Dresser was crowned United States of America Mrs.Texas on Sunday night, according to a Facebook post by the Katy ISD Police Department

She never hesitates to show off her pink handcuffs to prove that even behind the gorgeous green gown, glitter and glam, she's not one to mess with.
