Texans Training Camp open to public ahead of milestone 25th season
Texans Training Camp is officially underway ahead of the team's milestone 25th season.
Houston Texans fans will get their first look at the players this season during the team's Training Camp, starting on July 29.
Officials with the Texans said eight practices will be free and open to all fans:

The practice on August 18 will be held with the Las Vegas Raiders.

Texans WR Tank Dell returns to practice after missing season
Wideout Tank Dell made his return to the practice field for the Houston Texans on Wednesday.
Dell participated in a limited capacity, but it marked the first time he has engaged in any sort of team padded practice since December 2024. He caught a few passes from quarterback C.J. Stroud during individual drills and ran full speed routes, but that concluded his involvement for the morning.
"Tank is on the right plan," coach DeMeco Ryans said, as the team progresses Dell slowly to make sure he's ready for 11-on-11 contact reps.
"Nothing's changed in his plan. We're progressing him on really well. We expect him to just continue to progress with how he's feeling," Ryans said.
DeMeco Ryans uses Artemis II space launch to set expectations for Texans
Before training camp began, DeMeco Ryans set the tone for his team with a different approach.
The Houston Texans coach delivered a speech with a picture of Artemis II towering over him in bold letters. The names from NASA's crew of Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover (pilot), Christina Koch and Jeremy Hansen sat beneath Ryans as he talked about the launch on April 1 and flight around the moon, marking the first time since Apollo 17 in 1972.
Ryans used the 10-day mission to fly around the moon before returning safely to Earth as an example of how the crew "went further" than anyone else. But he also highlighted how they laid the groundwork for years to make that moment possible.
He compared the takeoff to what Houston could do this upcoming season. How this team could reach heights that it never has. Not only reaching the AFC Championship Game for the first time in franchise history, but winning the Super Bowl.
