Pest control worker injured in fire in Kingwood

KINGWOOD, TX (KTRK) -- One person was injured in a fire in Kingwood Friday.

It happened at a home in the 3600 block of Oak Lake Drive. The homeowner says a pest control worker was in a back room when there was a small explosion and fire.

The worker was taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital with unknown injuries. The cause of the fire is unknown.
