RICHMOND, TX (KTRK) -- Authorities are hoping the public can help them track down a man who exposed himself at a Richmond area business.
At about 9:15pm on Tuesday, February 3, Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office deputies were called to a tanning business in the Bella Terra shopping center concerning an indecent exposure case.
A female employee reported that a Hispanic male in his 20s exposed himself while standing in front of the business. She said the suspect's face was pressed against the glass window and he appeared to be panting. She immediately dialed 911 to report the incident.
The suspect is described as being about 5-feet, 5-inches tall with short brown hair, brown eyes, and wearing a red v-neck style t-shirt with two buttons and blue jeans.
Video shows that the suspect entered the parking lot in a late-model four-door Jeep with what appears to be a white body with a black top and a spare tire attached to the back of the vehicle.
Information which leads to the apprehension and filing of charges on the suspect involved could earn a reward of up to $5,000.
