Mayor Turner announces new Hurricane Harvey volunteer program

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Mayor Sylvester Turner is holding a news conference to give a six-month update on Hurricane Harvey efforts Friday morning.

Mayor Turner will release the latest damage and flood numbers, and announce a new volunteer program.

The press conference will be held at the Legacy Room at City Hall at 10:15 a.m.
