St. Joseph's cross to disappear from Houston skyline

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Houston's skyline is about to lose one of its recognizable features.

The iconic cross that lit up the Pierce Elevated for years will be removed from the side of the St. Joseph building. The removal is part of a larger renovation project spearheaded by the new owners, who will also rename the building.
