Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo changes the way it sells tickets

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo is changing the way it sells tickets.

It plans to use AXS ticketing for next year's event. The new company will allow people to wait to buy tickets in an online waiting room hours before they go on sale.

People who buy single tickets will be able to reserve the seat next to them for a limited amount of time and invite friends to buy it.
