CONROE, TX (KTRK) -- A scorching house fire just north of downtown Conroe Thursday evening burned up photographs and other memorabilia of the home's most recent tenants, although no one was living there at the time.
The home was determined to be a total loss.
The fire at the corner of Semands Street and San Jacinto Street took almost an hour for Conroe fire crews to knock down, which they did defensively for a majority of the time sources said.
The fire also caused minor damage to a neighboring apartment complex and another home.
