Husband, wife's volleyball teams facing off

ALVIN, TX (KTRK) -- A married couple will face off on a high school volleyball court Tuesday night. The husband and wife coach opposite teams.

Mrs. Reahanna Stahl is the head coach of the Dulles High School Lady Vikings. Her husband James Stahl coaches the Alvin High School Lady Jackets.

"Knowing each other's weaknesses, we like to point those out," Reahanna said.

The husband and wife have competed against each other before, but this match could be different.

"Because for the first time we probably have equal level talent," James said, "And so we have an opportunity to play against each other and truly see what's going to happen."

Players on both teams say they're excited about the match-up.

"It will be something to brag about, saying we beat your husband's team," Marisol Calvo said.

The Lady Vikings will take on the Lady Jackets Tuesday night at 6:30 at Alvin High School.
