If you're looking to take your workout to new heights, you might just find your fit with aerial yoga at Your Body Center.

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Looking for a way to get your workout off the ground? You might just "Find Your Fit" with aerial yoga at Your Body Center.

It may be a new fitness trend, but it's no fad. Aerial yoga at Your Body Center can help shape and tone your body by using a fabric 'hammock' or 'swing' like the ones you see Cirque Du Soleil performers hanging from.

The yoga studio sits right off the feeder at 3605 Katy Freeway in the Heights area.

Aerial yoga is for almost anyone. It's low impact workout that improves your overall strength all while feeling like an acrobat.

Owner and instructor Ernesto Cardenas opened Your Body Center 14 year ago. According to Cardenas, this anti-gravity yoga is not only great for yogis, but for any gym goer who could some more flexibility.

Your Body Center offers a variety of aerial yoga classes to cater to your fitness needs.

Aerial Yoga

First time flyer? This slow pace class is great for beginners. For 75 to 90 minutes you will use the swing as a yoga prop to increase flexibility and/or advance your practice.

Aerial TRX

Tone and get 'TRX-y.' TRX stands for Total Resistance Exercise. In this 60 to 75 minute class, you will get a full body workout through strengthening sequences using the swing, small movements, and your own body weight. Beginners are welcome.

Aerial Mix

Want it all? Get your yoga fix with a little TRX mix. In this 75 to 90 minute class, you will use the swing for both yoga poses as well as a few strength training moves. Beginners are welcome.

Aerial Parties

You don't need frequent flyer miles to host this party. Grab up to 18 friends and enjoy your personal aerial yoga class for 75 to 90 minutes.

New students can try unlimited classes up to 30 days for $40.
