Katherine Whaley's Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie

Serves: 1-2
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup canned pureed pumpkin
- 1 5.3-6 oz container of plain or vanilla greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice (I happen to like coconut milk with this one)
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon)
- 2 Stevia packets (or 2 tbsp honey)
- 8 ice cubes
Instructions:
- Put all ingredients into a blender, and let it whir until completely combined!
