PHOTOS: The wild and wacky shoes of Miss America

The Miss America Pageant unveiled the crazy shoes for the "Show Us Your Shoes" parade.

The Miss America website says the event "will showcase floats, bands, dignitaries, military heroes, celebrities, youth groups, special units, our Forever Miss Americas and, of course, the stars of the parade - the 53 State and Territory contestants showing off their fabulously festive shoes and costumes as they ride past the thousands of cheering fans!"

The parade will march down the Atlantic City Boardwalk Saturday afternoon.
