Police catch driver with electronics tied to steering wheel

VANCOUVER, Canada -- This may be a case of distracted driving at its worst.

Officers in Vancouver, Canada, snapped a photo last week when they spotted a driver who had attached his iPad and cell phone to his steering wheel using string.

Police caught him with his electronics behind the wheel and gave him a ticket for distracted driving.
